Because each garment is made specifically for you, we are generally unable to accept returns. We encourage you to review sizing information and our FAQs carefully before placing your order.

Damage, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Every piece that leaves our studio is crafted and inspected with care. However, if something isn’t right, we want to make it so.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work with you to find the best resolution.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible in select cases, depending on the garment and situation. If you believe an exchange is needed, please contact us first before sending anything back so we can guide you through the next steps.
