At Fabled Fox Clothiers, every garment is crafted with intention and care, then sent out from our Canadian studio to begin its journey to you.
At this time, we ship within Canada and to the United States. We plan to expand into international shipping in the near future.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
For orders within Canada, orders over $200 CAD (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping.
Taxes and Duties
Applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout for orders shipped within Canada and the United States.
Customers are responsible for any costs arising from incorrect shipping information, refused deliveries, or other circumstances outside our control.
Processing Times
Each piece is made to order as part of our slow, deliberate production process.
Current lead time estimates are displayed in the header of our website, where they are kept up to date as our production schedule evolves. Once your order is complete and ready to depart, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Carriers and Delivery
In the wake of recent labour disruptions, Canada Post is returning to regular operations. Like any system finding its footing again, some regional delays and backlogs may still occur as service stabilizes.
We continue to offer Canada Post shipping options at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary during this period, and we recommend keeping this in mind when selecting your preferred carrier.
For orders that qualify for free shipping, we may choose between Canada Post and trusted alternative carriers, selecting the route that best ensures your garments arrive safely and reliably.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a parcel leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the carrier. Delivery timelines are no longer within our control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will always do our best to support you, but cannot guarantee delivery outcomes once the shipment is in transit.
